• Use olive oil ear drops twice daily for 3–5 days before your appointment

• Avoid cotton buds

• Do not insert anything into the ear canal

• Let us know if you have pain, discharge or a history of ear surgery

🛑 When We Cannot Perform Ear Wax Removal

We may not proceed if you have:

• Active ear infection

• Recent ear surgery

• Severe pain or discharge

• A suspected perforation

• A foreign body in the ear

If needed, we will refer you appropriately.

• Avoid cotton buds

• Keep ears dry for 24 hours

• use aftercare spray

• Use olive oil drops weekly if you are prone to wax build‑up

• Contact us if you experience pain, discharge or hearing loss afterwards
